FIAO Purpose & Goals

Unify Italian American Organizations
Promote greater involvement in social, political and educational matters.
Instill in our community the beliefs and ideals of American ideology.
Provide mutual assistance, social progress and cultural betterment of our members.
Support and assist all Italian-American organizations in the attainment of their interests and endeavors.
Organize and host Christopher Columbus Day Parade.
Address ethnic discrimination and derogatory sterotyping.
Promote advancement and recoginition of accomplishments of Italian-Americans.
Maintain an office to serve the diverse needs of the community.
